We just patched a bug with bot cars. They were drastically crippled on their vehicles Performance Index and Skill Level.
This is now fixed. Races with bots should be a lot more competitive now.

PvP races now payout cash correctly when cars breakdown.

The Test'n Tune bug where your car run slower times if you upgrade handling parts or Test'N tune your car has been fixed.
