I maxed out my car with all the pimp factor and racing parts.

With only racing parts, my pimp factor was 453, then i put on the suspension parts, it went down to 352, is this a bug.

O yea, and my car value is only $51,884, but I have over 500k of FI mod on it and parts.

Can this be fixed?
