How do i connect to the internet from my laptop. I have a computer at home witch is connect to my dsl modem. but when i disconnect my ethernet wire from my computer and put it in my laptop. it doesn't work,, Any ideas??

enable ur ethernet on ur laptop.. it shuld just work automatically tho.. or u could get a wireless router and just go off the wireless on ur laptop... thats what i do..

Network & Internet Connections

Network Connections

on local internet connections if it is disabled right click on it 2 bring up a menu to enable it..
