scan your computer again with an online virus scanner i think trendmicro has one. if so many files are infected whose to say your AV hasnt been hit either? would be funny if it was all just false positives ohh the glory of norton and its stupidity

Advice: Use Drake's Nuke and Boot (it has instructions and it's free)...

Use it, it will only take 1 hr and it will reformate your HD so that all the trogens, viruses, and worms get removed. Start from a clean install, and make sure to have a ad-ware scanner (i.e. Lavasoft), and do monthly scans to make sure your comp is in good running order.
