The way i see it and correct me if im wrong...which i know will happen with all these barracudas in here, but Anyone that wins any icon deserves it.
They put in the time and effort to achieve a goal and did.
Top 25 or top crew or even IDE....they all take effort to win.
I myself am very proud to have won my icons,even if i had to pay to win them or not.
There may only be a few players..but theres alot wihout icons that try to win them each and every session.
I agree that the top players are always on top,but without the effort they would not be top players.
