Thats a good idea.
But the only hating part is, If you want to win, you will be online and thats what you do.
But right at the moment if i was a noob and i havent been able to race anyone within 6 hours. I wouldnt play, Your just lucky ive got no life haha, Just kidding!
If people want to spend let them spend, but there has to be an advantage for us, ALL noobs can be as good as others if they spend a little.

just you cant have it all evened out that everyone is in the same boat, Etc spenders, not spenders. We all like to spend it gets addictive. if your going for that medal youl spend for that medal,
