In order to assist you or fix a bug, it is critical that when you report it within this forum, that you include the following information:

1) Your login name
2) A detailed description of the problem/bug
3) The sequence of events that occurred leading to/caused the problem or bug

Also, please keep in mind that if something happened to your account, it 99.9% of the time affects everyone, not just yourself.
