Well im not sure if this applies in the game andim pretty sure this will confuse the hell out of most of you in the game..the throttle body limits how wide the butterfly valves in a car open and therefore limiting the amout of air going into the cylinders. Without the throttle body but yet still having over 1000pr you will be going fast anyway maybe a bit faster if the throttle body is not used..
i could be wrong in the game terms it was just a question to learn more
