Just because your not on AP, doesnt mean that people cant race you offline. They just have to be within 2x your NW to race you offline. If you dont want to get raced offline, then I suggest buying a bunch of $2500 cars, and then switching into that car, and then selling it before you logout. Then you wont get raced offline
