For the zzn thing you'd just have to fill out the form:

If you wanted 'blahblah.zzn.com' you'd fill in 'blahblah' in the yellow box and under account info for 'Your website address:' you'd put in 'http://blahblah.zzn.com'. All you need is a valid email for them to send the registration info to. The phone #, etc.. you could just make up. Once you're set up it looks like you can then create email usernames like '[email protected]'.
