Lude, when you start with 45, you got 2 helper crew's right off the bat for the whole round. The pople in the helper crews will still play hard because now you got 45 people fighting for the 15 spots to get a ribbon. ANYONE in those 3 crews cn get a ribbon based on their merit! Even if you are the ONLY one in the crew busting your ass, you STILL get the ribbon you deserve! The reaoson this work is that even if there is only 1-2 players in a helper crew burting ass, they will still be mking CM's and CBR for the good of the main crew.
