IMO though I think that if you had one top tier crew and then formed 2 decent crews as helpers and gave spots to the 2 leaders and worked this way so you could be getting 4 crew wins every 2 hours

Thanks Brandon My idea is just a varition of that. what happens in mine is that the poor bastards on the helper crews that usually don't get jack..... Got just as much chance of collecting their ribbon as anyone else on all 3 crews. If they earn their spot, they will get it!
