If you sent in your prize claim form within the expected time, you should be receiving your prize shortly..
Maybe start sending in support tickets asking where it is, or for any updates..

Alright thanks guys. I opted for the cash instead a day or two after I won. I got my hours recently cut again from my part time job to 2 hours a week so I really need the money now lol.
