He has no home invasions,hes obviously level 1..maybe 2...yet hes at 75million...how may i ask is this possible?
Or is he another person whos stats have been reset by a bug?

I had the same problem with my race stats as cmartin did, and at about the same time. most people should know that i had a higher race record than that.
And i'm at level 10, but my exp was reset, i ended up with 0/28000~ for exp. going to take alot longer for lvl 11 than before
