Stop making them send PM's.... How many times have you received, or had to send a message saying "sorry didn't respond because I was racing and thought you were a ticket"?
Make them a top of the page pop up like races are if you feel they need to be displayed, but the PM's are just annoying.

We've been talking about this forever but nothing has been done yet. So I've given up hope on getting them taken away.
