As to why paypal doesn't go through instantly for me?
This happened to me last month, i know, i know send a bug report/support ticket.
I paid for a membership last session as well as some credits, i got them 5 days later.
A couple days after that, someone bought me some credits, I got them instantly.
Just now, I bought 1500 credits, i have not received them, and it says it's due to clear on the 16th, which completely defeats the purpose of me buying the credits, because i wanted/needed them now.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why, I do not get my stuff instantly?
When I first started playing a couple months ago, I ordered a couple 1500 cred packages.
and I got them instantly.
Recently, I have not though.
I'm verified, ive never had any problems with my account or anything.

You're payments from your paypal account are 'pending'. You will not receive what you bought until it "clears".
A number of reasons can cause this as far as I know:
1) You have no money in your paypal account and paypal needs to transfer funds from your bank account
2) You do not have a credit card assigned as the primary source of funds if you have $0 funds in your paypal account
3) you are paying via eCheck
I'd check with Paypal to be sure though.
