09-14-2008 Updates and Changes - Admin - 09-14-2008
The following updates and changes have been made:
1) Home invasion algorithm has been returned to how it was before
2) You no longer need to be skill level 5+ to home invade
3) If you are raced offline, you receive even less experience than before
4) Vehicle levels have been adjusted
5) Street Racing credit cost has been lowered

I liked the HI algorithim, oh well I guess.
