alot of my crew has had problems recieving credits / memberships after they paid via paypal. Is there something happening and no one is recieving there credits/memberships?

The other day, I bought $25 credits.
Yes for CJ. It took awhile for my 12k credits to get in....(the 12k credits were used to research my number

We apologize for the inconvenience. However, sometimes paypal acts up and takes longer than expected to deliver the payment notification to our server to automate the credit purchase process. It has taken up to 12-16hrs before. This is beyond our control and you can Google this problem if you want to read more about it. Not sure why they haven't resolved this on going issue by now.
If you have not received your purchase after 24hr, please send a support ticket with the transaction ID and we will take care of it for you right away.
Like it states on the payment page, you should receive your credits right away (within a minute or two) when you make a purchase, but it can take longer at times.

but where my credit??? i pay for nothing? for what? sent support ticket 3 times no reply? u said if any problem sent a support ticket not by email or etc..but when follow the rules still not receive it..hope u will improve this..
