I disabled it like 100 times... it says disabled then I refresh another screen and it's back enabled...

I want it off this is wasting my creds for raping ._.

But QM is not suppose to work until you're Level 3. I assume you're level 3 already??

The QM was actually disabled, but refreshes the screen and it's enabled? It seriously sounds like you didn't press GO after switching to Off.

In other words, I have no idea why.... PM admin, Cres should answer and fix it in no time.
