You have not received your purchase because you payment is still "PENDING" with Paypal and has not "Cleared".
Please check with Paypal as to why its pending. Could be you have not verified your account or you do not have the funds in your paypal account.
Once it "clears", you will get your purchase.

when you use paypal even if u do have the funds it usually does that
when u use paypal next time enter your cc/debit card in instead of using your paypal name cause when you use your paypal name it takes like 6 days or something like that
they made it to were you have to wait til it is not pending and is legit cause people were getting free creds out of it
