FIXING the ww3/IDE - numba1stuna76 - 04-27-2008 seems like last session, the way to win IDE at the lower levels was to have a higher level person upgrade cars to the max and pinkslip them to lower level people competing for their respective IDE bracket... just seems to me like this totally defeats the purpose of segmenting the IDE into level ranges, but that's just my opinion... what does everyone else think? In The Level 1-20 You Cant Enter A Car With a Level Needed To Buy It Over 20, And you Cant Enter A Car With Parts/Upgrades Over Level 20 Gives People A Chance...
