I'm level 28 and by far the Corvette is the fastest car I have right now, full second faster than the 911. the miata is pretty quick too, but not as fast as the Vette.

Best car non member is the vette for speed and if you are looking for pf boxter s 812-820 then when you hit lvl 39 porsche gt3 pf and speed. 836-840 for pf...
for members speed all around is the renault... pf is the same

I found one even beter than the vette, the old Beetle. Granted you gotta upgrade everything, but at level 29, it's a good .9 seconds faster than my vette.
