I keep gettin this.. when i attempt to race someone who is offline and they are less then 1000$ in NW below me.. just wondering if anyone else is gettin this .. this persons NW was 79,120 .. mine is 80,320 .. wtf ?

yeah before they had to have like 50% of your NW, now you can not race anybody below your NW. SInce this has been answered I will close the thread, if you have any more questions or would like that changed please submit a post for suggestions.
