What Happened To CarJacking? - CONFLICT - 06-04-2005

I haven't played in a long time, and although I could never HI well, I was always pretty good at boosting and jacking, but it seems like none of my old numbers work, ecspecially for jacking, someone was cruising, about 50k above me and I tried jacking with 191, 207,212, stuff like that, and nothing... Could anyone help me out? :grin:
