what level are you at right now? If you are level 31, you cant use a shelby cobra because thats a level 30 car, and level 30 cars can not enter the 31+ WWIII

u need to give more information, what skill level are u?
there are 3 different sections in ww3 divided into skill levels,
(vehicle level 1-20) (skill level 1-20)
(vehicle level 21-30) (skill level 21-30)
(vehicle level 31+) (skill level 31+)
ur car also has a skill level that is required to buy the car, the shelby cobra is a skill level 30 car, so if u are skill L31+ then u need to buy a higher skill level car in order to enter ww3, also if u are goin for lets say level 21-30 ide and u level up to 31+ ur timeslips for 21-30 will dissapear...
