who wins is still decided by "vets"..you could make it so the two people need to be in a networth range so a person just couldnt dump all his money.

by NW range i mean that they have to be within 20% of each other, so it cant be me sitting at like 50bil and a guy at 30mil with 20mil BR and he can send me all his bank..he would need to be at 20% of 50bil to send me race....i dunnooooooo
