It seems even with this new leveling scheme the top racers who complain every session about being able to get to high levels so quick can still do that except the average racer finds it even harder to get there level up and find it harder to pay for these levels... can anything really be done? or do we just have to keep it one way and everyone has to get used to it? or maybe a handicap that refers to the racers previous game stats? this isnt a complaint its just a coment on how im feeling about this session

Under the new exp system you gain the most exp from someone the same level as you. One of the advantages that the experienced players have is that they have made plenty of friends through this game who are also experienced so this means they can all race each other to the top as a group. This modified exp made this moderately harder but only moderately. Unfortunately this means that average players get left behind since they don't have the contacts in game to level. The key to this new exp system is plenty of free time and heaps of friends to level up with. Think team work and the sooner everyone realises this and starts getting to know other people in game and making friends the sooner we will start to see more people in the higher levels.

there isn't one solution that'll take care of every1's 'wants'. ppl who have memberships will lvl up faster, that's a fact. and keep n mind this is a business, if they were here just 2 let ppl play a game, then things would b alot different....... like no 'membership only' cars.

i agree wit bscar i'm a member and i'm only 3% thru lvl 7 by now even without my membershiplast session i was lvl 15 by now this is gettin to be impossible

Try changing your playing style. I found the more I'm on the harder it is to make levels. Maybe your not spending enough time online. Basically the people who have a lot of time on thier hands will always be at the top though.

and if u gonna make it a "free" game, 2 make it more "fair", it'd b so fukin boring and soooooooooooooo fukin stupid - NO ONE WOULD PLAY. look at the game as it's progressed, go ahead, i dare u. each revision and update 2 the game has been made 2 make the game more "fair" 4 every player. and n doing so, the game has become so dull and boring cuz every1 can do what every1 else is doing.
if u wanna live n a socialist country where every1 has the same as every1 else and whether u work hard or not, u will always b the same and have just as much as every1 else, then go move 2 the U.S.S.R. oh wait, that socialism plan didn't work cuz there's no fukin U.S.S.R. anymore, huh, fuckerhead!?!
and 2 bscar and the other person whom sucks ass at leveling..... all things being equal (i.e. playing time), the person with the membership will get more credits and hence more NW and a bigger gap can be placed between that person and any1 else his level and hence faster leveling. and once they get their skill level up n2 the 20's, it will REALLY make a difference with the ability 2 get ho's and work and make that 200 - 800 mil per lvl upgrade. u guys just need 2 play a lil more if ur lvl's r that bad.
