the first major gap is lvl 8-9 took me and tyler a while. right after that exp starts back up nicely.

race bandit...hes giving wins and i think hes staying level 1 for everyone...he gives about 3000 EXP if ur level 1 and about 1500 once u have 100% to level 1...i stayed level 1 until i had 20,000 EXP by just racing him
...i dunno if hes still level 1 though...

lvl 4 is a pretty big gap. i've been racing like hell and im still at 6.4%
