Stolen cars are stock - lenko - 05-05-2005 I just looked at the cars in my theft garage.. and all of them are bone stock... but they're worth way more than just stock cars... sure, they have level 5 or 6 boost and nitrous... but that doesn't make them worth as much as they are.
