how about making it actually deduct the rad is says it will for declining? That and change it so that 2 missed challenges does not comletely wipe it out. I know, missed challenges are frustrating, but so is getting an important phone call and coming back to 0 from over 100 lol
maybe just slice it in half for each challenge missed. that way you still get penalized for making someone wait, but you don't get killed for worrying about real life.just another 2 cents

yea i hate that to, but i like the way it doesnt take any RAD away if you decline

yeah the decline can be handy, but it's annoying as hell how many people just won't race if they even suspect they'll lose.
