Since when can you get hit or hit when someone is at HOME?? I got hit 2 time for alot after this little crash we just had.... I've never been able to hit someone at home, and have never been hit at HOME, what gives? I was in like 20 places at the time.

Oh, wasn't sure. Every time I have ever tried to hit someone at home it says I cannot Invade this person at this time or something like that

Lol - yes you can get hit at home (or any other status), online or off.
If you get that message - their NW is too high above yours for you to be able to reach them. Try a little lower.

Offline HI's work better if you race the person first
then use 5/110
or if you are desperate 120/180 or 122/180
