Ok couple of points.
Yes I would delete this post if I could. Why? Simple, it displays illegal activity, end of discussion. It doesn't matter if you agree with it or disagree, it doesn't matter if it is your thread. What matters is that feeding alcohol to a 13 year old is a crime. Regardless of who condones it. Therefore it does not belong in our forums.
Nemo, I am not going to condemn you for that, I have done stupid shit before too, but keep in mind. Alcohol is hard enough on a fully developed body and mind. Imagine what it does to a developing one. Particularly one in the critical stages of puberty.
There are lots of ways to be a cool big brother that don't involve endangering his life or development. At 13 I bet it would be the best thing in the world to him to go to a ball game with you and your buddies. How about letting him take pictures with the band to show off at school?
I know it seems like no big deal now, but next time you are down town in a bigger city take a look at the bums. Ask yourself whether alcohol is detrimental to someones health, then ask yourself if a 13 year old that you love needs an early introduction to that?
My two cents from someone who has been there and done just about eveything you whippersnappers can imagine
