I have to agree with Rachael. Recruiters have to be stupid anymore. They are mostly wasting their NW to get models just to burn them. Why waste NW to get ims when most of the time the people that do recruit don't even work what they get?
And the rest of you guys b*tching at each other make your own thread and quit ruining Rachaels.

yeah like if you get something for coming in first for everything would be nice...ok like top recruiter would get some kind of medal. Top HIers, Top car theift, Top crew....they all get something but all the top 10 most winning races didnt get anything..they should at least get something.
