Power Adder and weight upgrades dont effect Car total value.

1975 lancia stratos is under super aguri
2005 chrysler srt8 is under red bull
and
2008 audi rs4 and r8's are under lincoln
i'm pretty sure there are no lincolns either.

and when i click HI insurance, it takes me to the screen to buy credits
