newbie - new player. proper way to address them since 'noob' is so tarnished.
noob - new/old player, usually the latter, regardless of achievements, is still an apenut, thinks highly of themselves for whatever achievements, and oh.. talks more than what they should and when they shouldnt.
worse case scenario? a lil kid who has played the game for a short while, has few lousy icons and thinks highly of themselves and tries to grade others noobs instead.
