Nothing was wrong with me. I kindly asked him for the perk, and he asked me to send him a support ticket and an email, and he would do it next day.
Now I can say he's a prick for not keeping his words. Now from there, with my insults, he will never give me the perk.
Not only I am being selfish with myself, I can say he is a prick for not keeping up and providing the customer service as needed as well as providing better business. He earns money. I mean a lot of money, why can't he do it? Seriously. This ain't right. He gets a lot of money and he doesn't give us what we should have. It's not fair. Life is a bitch, deal with it, I know, but this is business we're talking about.
