How about getting rid of the level requirement for the cars. I know its been said before, but I'd like to see a round without level requirements for both cars AND upgrades. Would make for a mad round for the car jackers and such, but might suck for the HIers cause a person could have 20M net, but all of it would be his Rover with the max upgrades.

I never said it was a good idea, just something that'd be interesting to see.
How about this: Members only parts for most cars. Offer more PF/PR or handling, etc.
