i think it means that any, "vet" caught staying behind in levels just to get the flags again won't get them. but black is an old player, not a, "vet" per se. therefore, he deserves those damn flags. level 21-30 IDE has a lot more competition than 31+ as said before and therefore he worked hard for them and should get them.

"You cannot win IDE at the mid level when you have won the game twice. The mid level is for mid level players, you should be playing for top IDE, sorry."

to win the game all you have to do spend a lil and cruz and work !!

play your own game like you said u would ... go for IDE ..then tell me a "vet" shouldnt win it ...
