allow crew leaders to auto-clinic crew car's. its kinda ridiculous to have to re-tune a new car from scratch and sit out a race because of it. also maybe giving the crew leader an option to select maybe like the crew mechanic who can tune the car as well.

How about in ww3 a section for anything goes? No level or car restrictions. I think that could get very competetive. Also, +1 for the auto-clinic for crew car.
EDIT:If horsepower is still going to play a major role in the following sessions, maybe make our inventories hold more fuel and nitrous.

1 million ims for recruitting is implemented, also the top street racer icon will take awhile to implement, but well get to it.

I suggest strongly that you increase the maximum Fuel/Nitrous you can store. My 50 000 Nitrouses finish in less than an hour. Also I do not like it how its always the same people in the top crew each round. Please implement some sort of system where the unprivileged who play a lot and never get to the top get some sort of prize or things or yeah cause its for the most part the same people getting top prizes and prize creidts etc etc thanx for listneing
