Yeah im not really concerned about the racing of x2 or x4, thats just my HI limit Cry

And yes, in the begining stages of racing, that rule does get annoying, what i do is, i just simply race who i can till there is really high NW people, and put all of them on AP, and wait for like 1 race from them to get some nice exp, Level, and play catchup in NW, and youll be the one who gets asked for races.
