Okay bro its simple get 2 cars one that works with test and tune and the 1 that doesnt! get in the 1 that works with TnT and make a run and then go to your vehicles and get in the one that doesnt work click back until ya get to the screen where ya made the run before and change the number that is not letting you TnT it should be the 3rd or fourth make sure they are in between the numbers given!

yea i get that. but how many cars am I gonna have to buy before i get one that works. Ive bought 2 already and neither of them will work.

issue is resolved. The fix works....just took me buying an assload or cars to find one that worked.
