Not the point. Don't build a game that people have to pay to play if you can't avoid these sorts of issues/problems. Obviously somebody is making money off of this, and the paying customer gets screwed over.
It's simple customer service and corruptinteractive has the owrst customer service I have ever seen...period.

While I agree, basically, with your analysis of the problem, I disagree that we should just deal with it as just part of life. There are levels of resources between whatever they have now and a server farm, I'm sure. Either it's something people should pay for and expect a reasonable level of functionality or it should be free. I guess I can just stop playing - or at least paying - which seemed to be Ray's solution in his post awhile ago. I'd hate to do it but I guess I have to consider it.

also, as we have had no reply from mc, we dont know wot they are gonna do so it aint exactly over yet is it. No matter what comes next everyone wont be happy.

thats true but it most likely costs alot of money to upgrade the server so the admins were probably waiting for something like this to happen so they could know for sure that they need an upgraded one.
