Can anyone help me with boosting? Carjacking even? It's more rare I find people cruisin' but............
Any tips, tricks to the art, hints, anything?
I've tried 10/160, 10/155, 10/147.
Timing :50-:52, :00-:05, :30-:32
All ranging from 2x-5x my net.
(At work, prowling, at home)
I saw my friend boost successfully with 10/78.
Am I just having extremely bad luck, or am i doing something wrong?
Any help is appreciated.

Is there a certain status a person can be in, for it to have a better chance?
Like..if someone is At Work, do you have a better chance then the person at home?
Or if someone is Prowling, do you have a better chance then if someone was At Work?

attempts are far from over rated, you just need to know how many coincide with your method.
