Ok..... so atm in 21-30 IDE in the Import and European Sections the lead is tied between two people.

So IF this reamains the same till the end of the period who wins? Is it the person who has the highest speed at the finish line or is it a draw or is it the 1st to reach that time?
I think it should be the person who has the highest speed at the finish line because that is the point of the whole game especially IDE. Who can go the fastest? And also it should be the quickest speed at the finish line because if the time went further into decimals it would show that the person with the higher speed drove faster. So basically I think that Wolverine shouldn't win either of them as he is going slower than the others.
Your thoughts?

I could agree with it being deicided on with R/T but when the first person got the time should be the last thing to be looked at if everything else is even.
