Last session was my 1st as crew leader usually im just another cms gathering crew bitch...let me tell you how hard it is to keep players in the crew that do not lose cms i had to work double time to make up what people lost and boot the dudes i thought and heard where losing them but all in all i think are crew did ok if you only knew what went on with the whole building process with this crew you would understand...

i need a crew that knows how to compete and run in the top 3 and have members who race alot, and someone who really knows how to run a top crew like cubby or monte. thanks guys
