are throttle bodies a necesscity in the game for your car to go faster?

i've been away in cali for a while now and i've allowed a friend of mine to play my account. i just jumped on today to find that my friend might be doin deals with people on my account. if i were you, i wouldn't be counting on me to help you out when i get back. just to give you guys a heads up. i won't feel obligated to keep promises my friend said he would. cease-fires will no longer be in place.

I was just looking at the game faq for the first tiem since i started playing and i dont think its changed. it even says check back once in a while for changes. it talks about the gold game and "hundreds" of cars to choose from. maybe this should be updated to help people a little better?

or at least the recruiting algorithm that was used 4 the september-october 2003 round. it's stupid as hell that ppl can't gain more than a certain amount by recruiting, so all they do is kill im's and then go around taking every1 else's cuz they're stupid lil kids.

or u could just make it so that the closer a person's IM's r 2 100% happiness, the less likely they will actually leave u. if a bitch is 100% happy with ur cock and ur money (and we know that women aren't EVER happy), u really think she'd leave? espeically if ur offerin her import calendars?!?! paaaalease.

Oh, and keep the HI's easy.. like they are now.. but instead of people burning after they HI.. they'd either have to learn to hit below them, or just wait til they get hit keep the HI'ers on top.. lol
