ok here is the deal ..
i wanna set up paypal .. got everything done BUT i cant seem to activate my accnt to start using cash though it ...

i have no CC but i do have a ATM card which says should be fine for activating me accnt.

ive been told its diffrnt for diffrnt countys so could someone from New Zealand hit me up if they use it plz.
