Okay well i am fairly new to the game and all, i understand most of the things in the game but one thing i dont quite understand is how the experience works. Sometimes i get alot of experience from losing a race and then almost nothing for winning. I have also seen posts of people looking for lvl'ing partners. What does that mean , how does it help you lvl up and how do you get a lvl'ing partner? I appreciate any advice.

i believe that a 10x nw cap on HI would be a neccessary limit on the game...

people at 25k nw hitting people at over 80bill nw is rediculous...

and hitting below u needs to be made a lil harder i hit almost 90% of my HI's last month under me

You are no longer "stuck" after declining a race. You can race another person immediately after declining now.

What is up with these people in the top 10 right now? I've sent races to all of them and not once have they accepted. Only when on AP can i get a race out of them. Is everyone to tied up sending wins to their friends or something? Kinda gettin on my nerves that this game is so fixed nowadays. *End Rant*

i looked through the threads real quick and couldn't find a recent exp list...can anyone resolve my quandary?
