Everytime I try to send a message, and it says "message sent", I try to navigate away from that page and MC freezes on me and I have to wait four minutes to log in. Super annoying. Anyone having an issue with MC freezing?

Filled out for 1month membership. I recieved the email on game saying I get 200 max credits, 1000 extra credits, an access to other member features. I have recieved none. I max at 1000 still, no extra 1000, and still cant buy certain cars or upgrade certain cars.
