Seriously now... that BC bud your smoking Ray... I think it's starting to affect your mind.

I read Mecca_Boy's Post in the HI'ing Topic and put his Idea into a few ive seen and some ive made up and just put them together and came up with these.Please post what you think.(Dont be put off by the lllllloooooonnnnngggggg 1st post.)

So,Idea's would be;

1.Remove the Level 5 Limit to HI People.

2.Add a Rule that you can ONLY HI people that are the same level as you but if you get past a certain level,say level 15 or 20 then you can HI anyone,any level from then.

3.Put Quick Match to level 1 and then if multi's just sit on QM till there Lvl 15 to HI anyone then just raise it to level 20 or 25 becuase IMO Multi's really wouldn't race to level 20 or w/e just to help there Main acc. Crew out or w/e.

4.Remove the RULE that when someone is in 1st they get the 10x Bonus,I mean the person that is in 1st can have 10x Bonus EXP but the crew there in doesn't cause this means that Multi's won't have like 10 people running against his Crew hes running on his Main.

Example(no offence these names were totaly Random :woot:).;-

If there is a player called,"080-KpeedSillz" and his crew is called,"080-LAWC" and there is the likes of,"1_________EZAHP" as the Crew Leader then,only the "080-KpeedSillz" gets the x10 Bonus not the whole crew which means is "1________EZAHP" wants to keep his fellow teammate "Kpeed" in 1st then the Mutli's wont just be hitting 1 crew they will be HI'ing more people but less options to choose from with my "2nd" Rule.

The crew 10x more exp rule.. There's honestly no fairness in this rule.

so i have noticed that the lvl 1-20 and 21-30 IDE are just way to easy...all people do is get someone to upgrade the cars for them and then they just boost them off...i dont think this should be done...i thought that IDE was suppose to be a tuning contest...not a boosting contest...so here is what i propose...

1) remove the lower lvl IDE's all together

2) ban stolen cars to be eligible for IDE

i really prefer the second one but ya....

The following updates and changes have been made:

1) You now reach skill level 5 or higher in order to home invade another player.
2) You cannot use a stolen car in WW3.

how the furk you get your car R/t tiems below a seconed.. certain lvl certain combo.. certain time spent in test n tune wuts the deal.
